Operating terms for managed setup, subscription access, acceptable use, and the launch QA guarantee.
Managed service
Zappy Calls configures an automated receptionist from customer-approved facts, rules, calendars, routing, and disclosures. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information they provide.
Billing
The pilot offer is $500 setup and $499 monthly with 500 included receptionist minutes. Any additional usage is reviewed and agreed before billing. Subscription changes are handled in the Stripe Customer Portal.
Setup-fee guarantee
If the system cannot pass the agreed launch QA or go live as specified, the setup fee may be refunded. This is not a promise of leads, appointments, jobs, or revenue.
Prohibited use
No unlawful telemarketing, deception, fabricated consent, payment-card collection over voice, harassment, impersonation, or use outside approved service and messaging rules.
Availability
A provider outage may interrupt automated answering. We review a callback continuity plan before launch; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Questions and account notices can be submitted through the support and booking form on this site.
