Privacy policy
How Zappy Calls handles account, caller, and platform data during the U.S. managed-service launch.
Information we process
Account identity, configuration, call metadata, recordings and transcripts when enabled, messages, appointments, consent records, billing status, security events, and support activity.
How we use it
To answer and route calls, book appointments, send requested confirmations, operate customer workspaces, bill accounts, secure the service, and improve reviewed call quality.
Retention
Default recording retention is 90 days and structured call and lead metadata is 12 months, subject to tenant settings, legal obligations, deletion workflows, and backup expiry. Consent, opt-out, and suppression evidence is retained longer when required for messaging compliance, generally at least four years.
Providers
Zappy Calls uses service providers for telephony, messaging, voice orchestration, hosting, database, email, payments, observability, and workflow execution. Provider access is limited to delivering those services.
Your choices
Customers may request export, correction, deletion, recording changes, and support-access review. Callers can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and request a human during a call.
Contact and requests
